For owners of both associations and their guests, MOSN I has six temporary RV pads which may be rented for up to seven days. These have 50 Amp power, water and sewer connections and are located in the MOSN I clubhouse parking lot. Reservations must be made with the MOSN I CAM.

Reservation must be made in person by resident. Payment in cash or check.

$20.00 per day for resident, nonresident, friends and family.

No charge for residents not using hook-up.

Reservation are a first come, first serve basis.

Reservation is limited to seven(7) days.

Residents can email the property manager at ctomlin@mosaicsvc.com regarding questions or concerns or leave a message by phone at the MOSN1- 863-874-4816.

No refund will be given after arrival.

If space is available, upon payment, a permit will be issued for display in the front window of the motorcoach
